Our Experience

Pam Neill is a talented coach, trainer, and holistic therapist with extensive experience in the world of business, including many years as a Bank Manager, before moving to a role in HR.

Throughout her career, Pam has gained vast experience in coaching, training, supporting, motivating and developing individuals within organisations.

Reinforcing Pam's operational experience she has gained the following qualifications:

  • BA (Hons) Financial Services   
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Pam passionately believes that everyone has the resources available within them to improve their effectiveness, in both their personal and business lives.

Because of this passion and her belief that everyone can improve their personal effectiveness and achieve the results they desire, Pam founded Evolve. She is an established Business and Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner™, Hypnotherapist and has studied many other forms of transformational therapies including EFT, Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, Colour Reiki and Hawai'ian Huna.

To continue the holistic approach to well being Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage are also offered by Evolve as a means to relax and de-stress.

Personal Interests

  • I have travelled extensively throughout Western Europe and have travelled the US, Peru and Hawai'i.  I enjoy keeping fit, walking, reading, travelling, scuba diving and spending time with my family and friends.
